Games Workshop usually preview their upcoming releases on Sunday night (Saturday morning here in Australia), and we’re asked to submit our orders the following Monday. As a growing store, it can be difficult to perfectly predict what our local community wants — and we’re not quite at the stage where we can simply order a few of everything and hope for the best.

To help us make smarter ordering decisions (and to give you the best chance of securing what you’re keen on), we’ve launched an Expression of Interest (EOI) system. Because allocation numbers aren’t confirmed until after release weekend, this approach keeps things fair and avoids messy online pre-order races.

Games Workshop sets strict pre-release guidelines, including when pricing can be published. Prices will be visible once the official pre-order window opens. All successful allocations will be invoiced at our standard discount off Games Workshop RRP, once pricing is officially released.

🎲 How It Works

1️⃣ Register Your Interest
Fill out the form below with the item(s) you’re keen on. It doesn’t cost anything and doesn’t lock you into a purchase — it simply places you in our queue.

2️⃣ Allocation Confirmed
Once GW confirms how many units we’re receiving, we sort all submissions in chronological order (first in, first served).

3️⃣ Invoice Sent (If Allocated)
If we can secure stock for you, we’ll email you a private invoice link. You’ll have 24 hours to complete payment.

4️⃣ Payment Window
If payment isn’t received within 24 hours, the item goes to the next hobbyist in line. No hard feelings — we just need to keep things moving and fair for everyone.

5️⃣ Remaining Stock
If there’s stock left after allocations are completed, it will go live on the website for general sale.

⚠ Important Information

  • Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee supply.
  • Allocation numbers are set by Games Workshop, not us.
  • We may limit quantities per customer on high-demand items.
  • Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder!).
  • Release dates can change if GW adjusts schedules.
  • Please make sure your email matches your Hobbieshack account email and your shipping address is up to date for your account - Without this, your product may end up at the wrong address!

Submitting multiple forms won’t move you up the queue — we sort strictly by timestamp.
