Purchase Limits

Certain products may have a "per customer" or "per household" purchase limit and while there are processes in place enforce this, these methods they are not always reliable. If a product is shown to have a purchase limit and this limit is ignored/worked around orders may be reduced to this limit or even cancelled in full with a restocking fee of 5% applied to any refunded amount.

Shipping

Processing and Handling Time: Usually within 3-5 business days. Orders cannot be shipped on weekends or public holidays. Our main priority is to ensure your order is shipped as fast as possible and packaged with care and kept safe during transit.

Delivery Time: Once you receive notification that your order has been shipped, standard delivery service make take up to 3 to 6 business days. Express service may take up to 1 to 3 business days.  Please refer to Australia Post's Delivery speeds and coverage for further information.

Shipping Options: We use Australia Post to ship orders. Not all orders will have tracking enabled, but if they do, your order can be tracked here.

Click & Collect: Is available between operating hours, if the option is selected details of where and when to pick up the items will be provided.

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this point in time.

Returns Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong item or input the wrong shipping address and the parcel cannot be returned to sender.

To start a return, you can contact us directly at enquiries@hobbishack.com.au or via the Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
